Referral Bonus
In an effort to recruit quality, loyal, and dedicated potential employees, Helping Hands Therapy is currently compensating individuals the following rates for any approved referrals.
$500- Referral Bonus for any Full-time licensed clinician who is hired and works consecutively with Helping Hands Therapy for a minimum of 90 days. (A Full-time employee is one who works 32 or more hours each week with Helping Hands Therapy.)
$250- Referral Bonus for any Part-time licensed clinician who is hired and works consecutively with Helping Hands Therapy for a minimum of 90 days. (A Part-time employee is one who works 20-31 hours each week with Helping Hands Therapy.)
$200- Referral Bonus for any PRN (as needed) licensed clinician who is hired and works when contacted with Helping Hands Therapy for a minimum of 180 days. (A PRN employee is one who works as needed each week with Helping Hands Therapy.)
$200- Referral Bonus for any Full-time non-licensed employee (i.e. aides, clerical, marketing or personnel) who is hired and works consecutively with Helping Hands Therapy for a minimum of 90 days. (A Full-time employee is one who works 32 or more hours each week with Helping Hands Therapy.)
Process for receiving payment:
Once a fully completed HHT Employee Referral Form is submitted, office personnel will verify the employee’s status before any payment is made. Office personnel also reserve the right to contact the referred employee (referee) for verification purposes.
There are no maximums on the number of referrals that can be submitted. However, in order to receive any of the above payments, a referral bonus sheet must be submitted for each person referred. Verification from the referred employee (referee) may also be required before any payment is given.
